Quinoa Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup of cooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp goji berries
- 1 cup of your favourite milk ie. almond, coconut, hemp
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mango
- ground pumpkin seeds
- hemp seeds
Directions
Step 1 – Place quinoa, shredded coconut, chia seeds, goji berries and milk in a pot and bring to a boil
Step 2 – Turn down heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes
Step 3 – Put quinoa mixture into a bowl and top with ground pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds and mango
