Pineapple Watermelon Mint Salad

Gluten Free & Vegan

This is a great summer salad to enjoy on those hot days. Mint and pineapple are helpful with digestion and soothes the stomach.


  • 1 fresh pineapple cut into chunks
  • 1 fresh watermelon cut into chunks
  • fresh mint, chopped
  • hemp seeds, to sprinkle


Step 1 – Add pineapple, watermelon and mint into a large bowl and mix well.

Step 2 – Sprinkle with hemp seeds and serve!
