Fresh Vegetable & Fruit Blender Juice
I’m a smoothie lover. But I do crave fresh homemade juices from time to time. Here’s how you can make fresh juices without the juicer.
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 small beet
- 1 pear
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 inch ginger
- milk bag (if you don’t have one, this is one I personally recommend.)
Step 1 – Add all chopped ingredients into your blender
Step 2 – Add a little water, about 1/2 cup
Step 3 – Blend until all ingredients are liquified, add more water if needed
Step 4 – Pour the liquid through the milk bag and squeeze the juice out.
Step 5 – Once juice is removed you should have the fibres left in the milk bag.
Step 6 – Enjoy the juice!
Step 7 – You can save the fibres for baking, dehydrating into crackers or add to your compost.
