Feta Beef Burgers
- 1lb ground grass-fed beef
- 1/4 cup almond flour (ground almonds)
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- salt & pepper
Step 1 – In a large bowel mix the beef, egg, almond flour and almond milk until it’s mixed together well
Step 2 – Add garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper and feta and mix well
Step 3 – Make beef patties to the size you want.
Step 4 – Cook on a grill or BBQ to your liking
Step 5 – Add to a bun, top with lettuce, avocado, tomato, onion and enjoy!
