About the ways to reprogram the subconscious, there is a 4th way which Tony Robbins masterfully demonstrates.
The language of the subconscious is primarily images and movies, when we visualise something really vividy imagining it with our senses, what we are seeing, hearing, feeling we can generate positive emotion, and historically any period/defining moment in our lives where we changed our beliefs about something this was in an instant, defining moment where we were experiencing heightened emotions, this is when we decide something means _______ and from this moment onwards we believe this to be true, after one moment of heightened or even overwhelming emotion.
What Tony Robbins does is to use visualization and specific language along with the appropriate body posture to genetate heithened emotion in the person getting them to “peak state” where they are embodying the emotion fully, immersed in the experience, then they can readily program new beliefs into the subconscious mind, the peak emotion is “hitting the record button” as Bruce eloquently described, THIS is the way to create massive change in a short time!!
My own personal experience of this so far has enabled me to completley overcome multiple “digestive intolerances” which I had for over 10 years by creating and using a specific visualisation that I did 3 or 4 times one day and the next day my digestion has completely healed, by changing my neural associasions and expectations, which is where the rubber meet the road, beliefs are all about the neural assosiasions and expectations, that was 5 months ago! 🙂
What causes something can often be different to what keeps it going, beliefs often keep things going long after what initially caused a problem has passed, the expectations were causing the issue for me as I had all the evidence/experience to support the old belief And The Key is to Create a New Experience to Create a New Belief, the experience comes Before the New Belief is created and then The New Belief Creates –> New Results!
Hope that makes clear sense and thank you so much for creating and sharing these interviews!
