Hello and welcome, here we are in July 2015 and only 6 months left of this year. So, where are you at with your goals? Are you on track or have you fallen behind. For me one of my biggest goals was to compete in a triathlon and I’m still on track for that. The big race is in a couple of weeks and the nerves are kicking in a little. But I’m still doing it, pushing myself out of my comfort zone. And the other big goal for myself this year was to start learning french and I’m happy to say I make time daily to practice and it’s awesome.
