Colourful Caprese Salad
Gluten Free
- 3-4 colourful tomatoes of your choice
- sliced buffalo mozzarella (fresh mozzarella)
- fresh basil leaves
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar (optional)
- sea salt
Directions
Step 1 – Cut tomatoes into slices and slice the mozzarella if you have to.
Step 2 – Layer the tomatoes and cheese on a plate.
Step 3 – Sprinkle sea salt and basil leaves on top.
Step 4 – Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
