Black Bean Pasta with Broccoli

Gluten Free & Vegan


  • Black bean pasta (can be found in your local health food store)
  • 1 head of broccoli, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste


Step 1 – Place black bean pasta in a pot of boiling water and boil until tender

Step 2 – In a pan sauté onion in olive oil on medium heat

Step 3 – Once onions are soft add broccoli and minced garlic, cooked until tender but still crunchy

Step 4 – Add cooked pasta to pan and toss with broccoli, add more olive oil if needed.

Step 5 – Season with salt and pepper
