Berry Boost Smoothie
This smoothie is chock full of antioxidants, fibre and gives you the energy boost you need in the afternoon!
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp apple seed powder
- 1 cup water (add more if needed)
Directions
Step 1 – Add all ingredients into you blender and blend until it’s a smooth and creamy mixture
Step 2 – Pour into a glass, topped with fresh berries if desired and enjoy!
