Banana Rhubarb Dessert

This is a healthy guilt free dessert that is full of fibre, healthy fats and proteins.
Step 1 – Cut the banana into slices and plate
Step 2 – Add a dollop of the rhubarb apple chia jam beside the bananas
Step 3 – Drizzle with cashew coconut cream
Step 4 – Add mint leaves on the side and enjoy!
