Almond Milk
Homemade almond milk in my opinion tastes way better than store-bought, I find it a little thicker and creamier! And you have full control over the sweetness. Play around with different nuts such as cashew, walnut and seeds such as pumpkin and hemp. Add vanilla or raw cacao power to make chocolate milk!

- 1 cup almonds (soaked overnight)
- 2 cups water
- 2-3 dates (more if you want it sweeter)
- 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
